Terms of Service for Dream Advisor

1. Introduction

Dream Advisor provides personalized dream analysis through its mobile application and website. This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement“) constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Dream Advisor regarding your use of the Dream Advisor application (“App“) and website (“Website“).

2. Use of Service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account and any activity that occurs under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTION

The App and basic features on the Website are free to access, however to access additional paid features an active subscription is required. Paid subscriptions include a monthly, annual or lifetime subscription which can be purchased through which can be purchased through in-app purchase via the relevant app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Subscription fees are non-refundable. As a subscribed user, you will have access to all features of the App and additional analysis tools on the Website. Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings in the App or on the Website.

4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We take user privacy seriously. All personal and dream journal information input through the App or Website will be kept confidential and secure as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Users retain ownership of all data and content they provide to Dream Advisor. Dream Advisor may use anonymous and aggregated user data for research and analytics purposes.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

While Dream Advisor uses advanced AI to provide interpretations, the analysis and insights provided cannot diagnose medical or psychological conditions and are not a substitute for professional treatment or therapy. Dream Advisor makes no warranties as to the accuracy of interpretations provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content on the App and Website is owned by Dream Advisor. Users grant Dream Advisor permission to use their data, journal entries and interpretations for research purposes. However, users will not be personally identified in any public use or sharing of data without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream Advisor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Dream Advisor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Unless stated otherwise, any changes will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the App or Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dream Advisor is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
